Building a career in digital media is hard to do, especially when you’re not sure how to begin. How do you network remotely? Where can you meet other people if you don’t already know someone working in podcasting? How do you make a podcast that stands out and finds an audience? Is a full-time job at a radio station the only way to ‘make it,’ or is there another way?

We have set aside 10 hours of staff time each month to connect with, advise, and consult for people from underrepresented groups in podcasting and audio.
